If you wish to return your purchase, please submit your return request within 30 days of receiving the item. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note the refund process might be delayed due to factors such as public holidays, bank processing schedules, or other unforeseen circumstances.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@fayrori.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take additional days for the refund amount to appear in your account.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a store error or defective product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Items marked as 'final sale' or 'non-returnable' are not eligible for return. Please check product descriptions prior to purchase.

For international returns, please mark the package as 'returned goods' to avoid customs issues. Any customs fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at hello@fayrori.com. Provide photos and a description of the issue, and we will address it promptly.

If a refund demand is made beyond the 30-day return window, we reserve the right to refuse the return or provide store credit at our discretion.
